About Us

MH Customs is a growing e-commerce brand focused on high-quality custom products. We’re at an early but high-potential stage and are now looking to scale aggressively through paid acquisition.

We’re starting from £500/month on paid ads—so this role is not about “maintenance,” it’s about building and scaling a profitable acquisition engine from near zero.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to take full ownership of:

  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Creative testing and content direction
  • Conversion optimisation and scaling strategy

You will be responsible for turning ad spend into profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch Google Ads & Meta campaigns from scratch
  • Manage and optimise ad spend for maximum ROI
  • Develop and test creatives (images, videos, hooks, angles)
  • Analyse performance data and iterate quickly
  • Improve conversion rates (landing pages, funnels, offers)
  • Scale winning campaigns aggressively
  • Provide clear reporting on ROAS, CAC, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands with paid ads
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
  • Ability to create or direct high-performing ad creatives
  • Comfortable working with small budgets initially and scaling up
  • Data-driven, but also creative in testing angles
  • Self-starter: you don’t wait for instructions—you build systems

Bonus:

  • Experience with Shopify stores
  • UGC/ad creative production
  • Email/SMS marketing knowledge

Compensation

  • Small fixed monthly base (to be agreed)
  • Significant performance-based upside tied to results:% of revenue generatedor % of profitor ROAS-based bonuses

This is designed to reward someone who can genuinely scale the business—not just manage ads.

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1–2: Launch campaigns, find initial winning angles
  • Month 3+: Consistent profitable campaigns
  • Scale phase: Increase spend while maintaining strong ROAS

This role is not for beginners or generalists.
We are specifically looking for someone who has already scaled paid ads profitably.
